As most of you will be aware, some of the mini's teams were on tour in Suffolk over the weekend, the under 10's 11's and 12's all had a great time, we arrived slightly late on Friday night, however, we made up for that on Saturday , with a coaching session from their( yes that was his name ) all the boys were put through their paces, it was then onto activities including, quad biking, crate building and archery, then out in the evening to the bowling alley.
After a good nights sleep, and a hefty cooked breakfast, we made our way to Colchester for their festival. Obviously the weather wasn't all that good on Sunday, but to their credit none of the boys complained and all got straight down to the business of the festival.
I cant speak for all the age groups, but I think as a club we can all be very proud of the way the 10's 11's and 12's handled themselves against some good opposition and also the weather.
As a coach of the Under 10's I would just like to say a few words about our boys.
The boys were up against two or three very strong teams, including the hosts, Colchester
As, and acquitted absolutely themselves absolutely superbly, narrowly losing 2-
You should be very proud of the 10s , as well as the 11s and 12s, these boys are the future, and the future looks GOOD,
Cheers.
